We build custom brew stands to work with your equipment or we will design a complete system to fit your needs stands are built from 3 "x 1" tube steel and designed to accommodate three jet burners in either high or low pressure LP or natural gas .These stands are pre-fitted to install two hydronic March pumps 809 HS. Stands also come with control panel that switches each pump independently with an isolated auxiliary power source and emergency shut off. panel can accommodate calculator timer and clipboard . Unique design configuration on the sparge arm utilizes high quality sink faucet in a duel purpose cold allows carbon filtered water to quickly fill HTL and hot side is pumped at a controlled temp through sparge head at a perfect volume using the faucet as a precise flow control valve at the same you lauter your wort into the boil kettle utilizing second pump and an in line flow control valve . When boil is complete utilize hoses to pump hot wort through a plate chiller and into your fermenter . Pumps can withstand temps up to 250 degrees F and are designed specifically for food grade applications. Recirculation can be achieved easily by simply using the kettle hose and filler tube configuration and pumping back into mash tun prior to lautering.
Complete stands come with control panel , two 809 HS March pumps , faucet , sparge arm , 3/4" gas piping w/ valves and two 10" jet burners and one 6" jet burner , High temp silicone 1/2" ID. hoses up to 500 degrees F . Optional Equipment : stainless steel quick disconnects,flow control valves . Stand configurations can vary to accommodate equipment applications . All stands are custom order .
